After having battled for a couple of days to simply get my query fully understood, today I finally was helped by Keitu Ngobela at Outsurance. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with someone who is both eloquent & capable as well as someone who clearly understands her industry and was able to articulate her knowledge.
I cannot rate her competence, humour and efficiency more highly.
