I purchased two separate vouchers for th same spa (Destiny fulfulled spa) but different deals, one was for R800 on the 4th Jan 2013 and the other one was for R480 on the 25th Jan 2013, my purchases were not succesful and was promised a refund, R480 was paid into my accout on the 29th of Jan, and R350 on the 5th of Feb.

As per request ID#651433, Groupon asked me for proof of payment for the remaining R450, even after explaining on the phone that the remaining R450 is part of the R800 proof of payment. i gave them proof for the R480 and it was paid, i gave them proof for the R800 and they paid R350, i am utterly frustrated as i last spoke to an agent yesterday, 12th March, she seemed to understand, but still sent me an email with proof that they have paid me R480, Request #716114.. Where is my remaining R450???
