Tell Mondo to stop calling me

To who it may concern,

In the last 2 days I have received 4 phone calls from Mondo, offering me a R99 package for being a loyal Vodacom customer for 13 years. I have asked on several occasions for my contact details to be removed from their call lists, but have continued to receive calls offering me the exact same deal.

Since Mondo staff seem incompetent at following customer requests, I'm hoping that someone from Vodacom can see that my number is completely removed from Mondo's spamming list, since it was likely Vodacom that shared (sold?) my number to them in the first place.

These incessant calls from Mondo are starting to annoy me to the point that I am beginning to reconsider my 'loyalty' to Vodacom.

Can my contact details please be removed from ALL future 'Mondo offers.' I have kept the same 'pay as you go' option for so many years for a reason. I am not interested in any other payment options offered by Vodacom. However if the phone calls from Mondo continue, I will seriously consider changing to another service provider, especially if my 'loyalty' gets me nothing but never-ending calls by a persitant, and unprofessional call centre.
