ALTECH AUTOPAGE MY WORST BILLIG NIGHTMARE

When I took out my contract on the 21st of may 2013 I had supplied my banking details for a debit order to come out of my account yet I have received a letter from altech autopge stating that I have not paid my account today being the 24th july 2013 two months later . please take in to consideration that I have 2 other contracts with altech autopage and both those contracts payments have being going through from the same account were as the 3rd contract has being blocked by altech autopage
