Shocking Attitude TWICE!

I took my phone in for repairs to Cell C in the beginning of June, I was helped my Motlagomang. She was very rude and so unhelpful - I first asked if I would loose everything on my phone and she said no... I was given a book to complete forms, she did not mention to me what to fill out I was advised by her to read where I should fill out. I filled out where I could and a paper was handed to me and advised I can track the progress on this number and she walked away. I then had to assume she was done with my query. Today I went in to collect the phone and she again did not even say two words to me not Hello Mam or your phone is ready it was almost as if she could not speak! my phone was handed to me and I asked her if my contacts were still on the phone, very rudely her reply was its not a new phone so of course it is!!! I get home only to find the problem I took the phone in for is still not working! I then called the store manager Hosea who was more worried that only Motlagomang was the rude one and not the entire store, I don't really care who or what... shouldn't they be checking the phones before handing them out after 22 days to ensure the repair was done???
