I signed up to a cookery class at the otherwise excellent Good Food Studio at PnP on Nicol. The class was cancelled at short notice and I was offered the choice of a refund or to move class. I chose a refund on the basis that there were no other classes at a convenient time. I was told the refund would take 8 weeks which I queried, being as the class was cancelled I thought an immediate refund should be available. Due to problems with my online banking I was unaware a refund had never been processed until today when I received an email, 6 months on, that PnP have now processed my refund and there is a cheque waiting for me at at the store which I have to go and collect and only on a weekday between 8am and 5pm (impossible for me!) Six months for a refund and even then, it's not an EFT! Seriously shoddy customer service on PnP's behalf which is such a shame as the previous classes I have been to at the Good Food Studio have been excellent but I would never book anything with them again for fear of this same situation. I have been told today that my complaint has been elevated to management to do an EFT but I am not holding my breath. I am basically kissing goodbye to R350.
