I have bought 2 suitcases for my kid for the new year. Hoping that they would keep for the year. That was done on 14/01/2014, on the 16/01/2014 my one child came back and the back pulled opened, i took it back and it was replaced. the Monday after that my second son came back with the same problem. So how many time must i use my petrol to exchange these backs. How will these school bacs be suitable to be used for a year if it cant even last a week???
