I went to Shoprite in Rustenburg (Cnr Thabo Mbeki & Nelson Mandela Drv) on Sunday 06 Oct`13 between 11:00 - 12:00 to buy Non-Alcoholic Celebration Sparkling juices. When I got to the tills the cashier was helping another customer & looked at the drinks that are on my trolley & told me that they are not selling wines on Sunday. I explained & showed her that it`s a non-alcoholic juice & I`m also aware that alcohol cannot be sold on sunday. She called a lady supervisor wearing spectacles & asked her if they are allowed to sell wines on sunday. I tried to explain in a friendly manner to the supervisor that this is not alcohol & her response was " WHO ARE U TALKING TO? I DIDN`T ASK U ANY QUESTION SO DON`T TALK TO ME". I told her I don`t like the way she responds to me because I was not rude or disrespectful when I was talking to her but she kept on saying "Don`t talk to me, just keep your mouth shut" & that time she was raising her voice & drawing attention of other people. She kept on screaming to me & told me that she is not going to help me & just left. I was deeply hurt, humiliated & disrespected by that lady in front of people & she must apologize to me. The other cashier helped
