We purchased a lounge suit and King size bed from House and Home Tvalley branch and made it clear from the beginning that we are moving to Centurion and would like delivery on the 1st of July. On the 1st we phone and we get told Tvalley branch did not send the paperwork to Centurion and Thando off sick! The 2nd comes centurion is still waiting for documentation to process our order..nothing received and Thando still off sick! 3rd still no furniture and find out that Thando never even checked that the Centurion branch had stock. 4th Thando still off sick and we are still without furniture and no one can tell us when we will receive it. 5th July we are still phoning and wasting over R200 airtime, we speak to branch managers and they say they will get back to us but they dont and Thando still off sick! On the 6th Thando is back at work and I told him that if our furniture does not arrive today we will cancel, later that day we receive the furniture but we get a Queen bed instead of a King! 7th we phone Thando and his excuse is: "But on the paperwork it says a Queen bed"!! This is pathetic, disgusting service and I would never recommend anyone to buy from House and Home!
