I have subscribed to Glamour for one year and it has been brought to my attention that I have not received most of my free gifts with the magazines.
Every month I receive my magazines through the post office. I have noticed that when Glamour posts a magazine it is usually covered with a clear plastic bag with details of the magazine as well the details of the free gift written on the plastic bag and to which the free gift is enclosed. This clear plastic bag containing the magazine and the free gift is then covered in a sealed blue plastic mail bag which is then posted to me. However of the 8 magazines I have received in the post, only one magazine was covered in the clear plastic bag and to which I received the free lip gloss in your August issue. The rest of the magazines were merely covered in the sealed plastic blue mail bag with no clear plastic bag or free gift enclosed. It seems that whoever has been posting the magazine to me has removed the clear plastic bag together with my free gifts and has just posted me the magazine. In addition I have emailed both Ramsay Media and the Digital Co-ordinator of Glamour 2 weeks ago about this and to which I received no response.
