Unsatisfactory treatment form Ithemba Properties

I moved in on the 1st December 2013 at Rose Crest a building owned by Ithemba. On the 2nd Dec 2013 the landlord came to do inspections and I told her that the stove wasn't working she then told me that they would replace the two plates with spiral plates.

On the 4th General Assistances (Not electricians) came but did not do anything they just said that a cables had moved and they have moved them back into place. On that same when I came back from work my sister told that the stove was still not working as she was there when they through, I went downstairs and filled in a form and reported that the stove still wasn't working.

On the 5th December 2013 the landlord told my sister that they would not be fixing the stove and that we would have to make do.

I sent out and email on the 13th Dec 2013 and no one responded, I called on the 19th December 2013 and spoke to a lady called Natalie, she promised to get back to me and up till today I haven't received any feedback and have stayed in a flat for a full month (paid full rent) and my stove still isn't fixed.
