I went to view the flat at roodepoort hinda street and care taker told me the guys will be moving out month end. I made arrangements with the agent and paid her the money she requested and when i go to get the keys the caretaker showed me a 1 bedroom apartment that was not the one i viewed. I told her it was too small for my things and she told me to wait for her shes got onather flat in florida and I agreed because I had to move on the same day. We went there and i told her that i will take it and only after she tells me that it is expencive than the flat in roodepoort and i told her I cannot afford it. She told me that I should sms her my banking details and she said she will have to give me back all my money which was paid to her on the 29/04/2013 at 14:16 at fnb at Westgate and it was R7400.00. Today on the 2/05/2013 she only paid me R5900 and when i called her she tells me that the other money was for administration and I did not sign a contract with her because i felt the flat was too small. Please help me as i need to pay for the place that i have to find.
