Road contruction-Roodekop EXT 31 Germiston 1401, complaint against Superway Construction
On 24th August 2013 I was busy with my house routine I noticed some defects on my wall, when I inspected the wall I observed some cracks on the wall which were never noticeable before. I went around and noticed caterpillar tracks along the wall. Road is under construction and it appear that when the construction people were busy they might have accidentally hit the wall with the Caterpillar.
I called one of the workers to make him aware and he referred us to their team leader whom we could not find. I took pictures of the wall as evidence in case we were required to report the matter to their office. We contacted Xolani on 0764125563 and told him what the problem was and showed him the damages, he was very rude and told me that it is impossible that the damage were caused by his people. He gave me Nomusa's number 072 516 2228 their supervisor, she came and I showed her the damages but denied responsibility.
Kindly help resolve this matter as I cannot get any help from the construction workers and they refuse to give contact details of their superiors. She told me I was not the first pers
