I purchased a Russel hobbs kettle from Centurion Hyperama. After using the kettle for 7 months, it would not switch on. I took the kettle back to Hyperama and they replaced the kettle with a new one. Now 5 months later this kettle will not switch on. When I did the first exchange they did not issue me with a new receipt/guarantee. I am very disappointed in this product. It was always a excellent brand and would last for years. What do I do now.
