What seemed to be a good product is very disappointing in use. After the third use, a mechanism in the nozzle broke off. In addition, the nozzle itself continuously pops off during use, resulting in being drenched in water. The slinky also does not fold itself neatly back into its container as promised.
I contacted the call centre and spoke to a very helpful and friendly lady - thank you for the good response telephonically. However, she advised that the product needs to be returned to a service centre based in Centurion. This seems like a huge inconvenience and cost to a customer who purchased a product in good faith.
I was also given the impression that they were doing me a huge favour to let me bring it into a customer centre as I no longer had my receipt - which I didn't retain as I expected the product to work.
This is not the level of service that one would expect to receive. I will probably end up buying another slinky (hopefully this one will be free of problems) but this experience has left a very negative impression of Tevo.
Please - don't condescend to your customers.
