Not menthol

This is now the third time this has happened to me. bought cigarettes from 3 different shops and all 4 the same... I only smoke Kent menthol and for the 3rd time in 2 weeks I've had boxes that do not have menthol! it tastes horrible!! and the people at the shops don't really bother with me. the box en cigarette look like it should but the taste is terrible, does not even taste like special mild. I'm so disappointed, I really love my smokes!! :(
