I am Lerato had such a bad experience with Dual reflection i went for a photoshoot on the 08 December 2013, which i paid R1800 for a cd and 20 pictures which i would receive in January. my cd was corrupted advised them on Monday but there was no response up until i called Vanessa. who just said sorry and i must come to collect another one. Its such an inconvinience as i wont be able to collect i have to be at work and be at home for my kids. I asked her to email some of pictures, she said someone will do that by today its now 12:00 but there is no response want to advice the world how badly they operate, i want all my pictures by the end of the weeke be it by courier i am very disgusted by their poor service and also spent more than 5 hours for their stinking service i need to be compensated or else am taking it further, cant pay so much money for such BAD SERVICE.
