This is very eyebrow raising, disturbing and alarming at the same time, something is just not right and I am starting to suspect that there is some sort of data leaking; either at my Network Service Provider or so.
2 days after I complained about STS and decided to load airtime on to my prepaid sim and Wallah! Airtime was gone too and I call in Customer Care (Cell C) and I am told the very same story that my prepaid sim is also billed by STS; how so? Nobody knows.
STS promised me that they will deposit back my money in my bank account and till this day; I am still to receive and nobody even bothered giving me a courtesy call as to enlighten me on how far or what might be their challenge, this is not right; not at all.
