Its been almost a month now and I still dont have a prepaid meter installed on my property. I have called the Depot in Plkadraai numeroous times, left numerous messages and not once got a call back. I have had days when they would come and install the prepaid meter and yet no one shows up. I am in URGENT need of the prepaid meter. I have had eskom installer on the property before but they never installed the prepaid meter because of COC. I then made another appointment with eskom to come and install and made sure my electrician was there too with COC and no one from eskom showed up. My electrician waited over 2 hours. No phone call or email that eskom was not coming. Now I have been calling for the past 3 weeks and left messages and nothing. I cannot have power at the house. I have someone staying there at the moment but no power to switch on geyser even. Its cold weather and no power. How long will this take just to get to install a prepaid meter and nothing more!!!
