On numerous occasions i have requested an statement from MBD to see what the principal amount was and what their costs are with regards to interest and call costs. The response I received was that MBD does not supply statements. The last corresponding I had with MBD with regards to this account was in November 2010. I received an call today stating that they want to serve an Garnishing order. I still haven't received any form of Statement. This leads me to believe that they can charge whatever they feel like and no one knows the better as THEY DO NOT SUPPLY STATEMENTS.
