To buy 1 duvet cover for R279, 00 turned into a nightmare. When I paid with my CC (1st time round) i received an email from the salesperson dealing with my order saying that they cannot process order as their financial dept require a confirmation from my bank 1st for security reasons - understandable, to prevent cc. They then told me that I could send them a copy of my id & the front of my cc-which I did. The id pic was perfect but CC image was a bit dark & some of the figures weren't readable so they asked me to please re-do & re-send. I work frm home & don't have scanning facilities so i told them to CAN the order, too much ADMIN. Why don't they say on their website that CC payments aren't straightforward. I decided a day later that I DID want to order this cover as it was a present for someone. So I paid by EFT & sent a confirmation email directly from my bank transaction to the email addy they requested the confirmation be sent to. This p.m i received an email from the sales person saying could I "please send confirmation of this payment as this is the normal procedure" -ARE THEY RUNNING A CIRCUS? I have paid, amount has gone off my bank acct I WANT MY ORDER.
