I have had a payback arrangements in writing from Discovery because I had to payback as I cancelled my medical aid the 31/10/2012 and owed money back. The arrangement was in place and I paid back the amount of R2843.66 over 6 instalments.
I was handed over to SSDA (Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates); who has not stopped harassing me since October 2012.
Firstly - why was I handed over if I was adhering to the payment plan?
Secondly - this company SSDA is horrendous and unprofessional. Does't say much about Discovery if they use a company like this.
Thirdly - what must I do to stop this harassment. I have emailed my proof of payment to SSDA 11 times. I have spoken to them on the phone nearly every week since October 2012. They SMS me 3 -4 times a week telling me I have been handed over.
I want compensation as I am traumatised by this matter. I was traumatised by Discovery all through my pregnancy and now it still carries on. THIS IS WHY I MOVED FROM DISCOVERY TO ANOTHER MEDICAL AID!!!
I can not handle this anymore Please respond!!!
