This is the most upset scenario i have ever been.
I'm With Medical aid Fed health and while on maternity leave i made visits to Medicross Randburg, a view days later i receive a bill for _ 700.00 which i have paid, Please take note that also claimed this money from my medical aid and was refunded in full.
Whit result my account is now is credit i have been to Medicross 3 times during Jan and Feb 2013 where every time when i go to the the lady to pay for my Medical Visit she tells me my account is in credit. I then discovered Medicross do not use the credit like they say they do instead the send the bill through to my medical aid..!!! due to this my Savings account is exhausted for 2013 which has just begun.
I Then phoned there accounts department they lady by the name of Reenie told me that this will be attended to within 3 weeks and they will see if they can refund my account please note i'm a single mom i don't have additional income i need my money they can not keep my money.
Yes it sound so ridicules but come on every cent helps to get by.
The only thing i can think of is sending them a finial demand.
What would you do???
