Lying about contents of pack of giblets

Hi I bought a packet of chicken giblets just before Christmas. I wanted to make the giblets for Christmas lunch. when I opened the packet there were only 3 giblets inside and the rest was necks and looked like off cuts of insides of chicken. I have bought packets like this before and this has never happened.
