Incomplete Registration

Hi
I registered for a subject last semester, (mne3702) but i could not write it due to work constraints.
I registered for the SAME subject again this semester and paid the registration amount, after which it notified me registration in progress.

i logged in to check on the current status of my registration and now it says "Registration incomplete: Do not comply with prerequisites".

This is the last subject i need to finish my degree and what i dont understand is how i can register for it last semester yet this semester i do not meet the prerequisites, which im 100% sure i do!!

i have also sent numerous emails and queries to unisa to no avail.
