In 2009, Damp King treated most of the walls of my dwelling for damp. I called them out to look at damp that has recently appeared on a treated wall. According to their representative Johannes, the problem is not theirs because the damp is on the inside of the wall and they only treated the outside. Is it not reasonable that it is part of the same wall? Needless to say I am almost speechless with anger.
