I have Dell Latitude E6530, which I got in August 2013. I'm so disappointed that in such a short time that the keyboard buttons are falling off. This is a very poor workmanship from Dell. The notebook is within warranty, yet they want me to pay to replace the keyboard. Could this be a new way of generating revenue stream for Dell?
