Hellopeter has just broken their agreement with me and re-posted an old report that they had taken down (with the same old date on) - one-sidedly! The complainant didn't ask for it to be put back, as she apologized openly for having put the false, slanderous report on in the first place. They had only taken it down when I threatened them with legal action. I am now being forced to go ahead with legal action. Hellopeter is doing great harm to individuals who are not companies, by allowing (and now in my case actually actively committing) untrue slander to damage their names. Iniuria is a crime, as well as a cause of civil action. They also blackmail victims by saying that they have to pay to respond to complaints. If they pay, then the 'agreement' says that they give up their rights to take legal action against Hellopeter.By law this agreement is not binding. It's the same as someone putting a gun to your head and saying "sign or I blow your head off". Hellopeter then decides one-sidedly whether to remove the report or not, and whether to put it back again later after it's been removed. Hellopeter might have started with good intentions, but has ended up like a mafia.
