JONWAY SCOOTER - NO REGISTRATION PAPERS

I purchased a Jonway Spirit Scooter from Quad Country Zeerust in and during 2010. I bought the scooter brand new, and in cash. I have yet until this day to receive the papers so that I may proceed to register the bike. I have now sold the bike and I need these papers urgently. I am very very unhappy.
