To whom it may concern as indicated below online advertisement "Option 1 does not require digital photos or digital dates", I am on Option 1.
It only show that Option 2 you need to have a digital date displayed on the digital photo
No where is it indicated that option one needs digital photos.
I have submitted my online photos and correct mileage on their client online portal, got a "photos successful upload message"
Just Group Company is now refusing to pay me a amount of R570 because my uploaded photos does not reflect a digital date on the photo.
They can clearly see that I have travelled the kilo meters required.
I feel that Just Group is misleading the consumers with their online advertisement into getting people to take out their products.
I have submitted more then six enquiries to their contact centre and had negative feedback since.
I need someone to valuate this matter to see if my consumer rights has been violated due to incorrect advertising.
I am extremely disappointed that we could not resolve this matter on a consumer and service provider level.
That R570 needs to be resolve in this matter and tarnish Just Group reputation as a Company.
