We bought a rotary engine from them with a warranty! Our customer experienced problems with the engine and returned the engine! TV2 engine replaced this engine which was the correct thing to do! However this engine was not the correct one and TV2 engine is now refusing to assist us any further!
Mohammed from TV2 engines & gearbox then said I should send him both the wrong engine and the customers engine and he will fix it - which I did
After trying the whole of last week to get hold of Mohammed I eventually did today
He stated he is tired of this whole rotary engine issue - he will not assist or exchange the engine any more we can do whatever we want
He then put the phone down and I couldn't't get hold of him again
