On the 17/10/13 I applied for a Administrator position to which I received a call from Kefiloe who spoke to me in a very nice professional manner. As Kefiloe was giving me the address and time details to meet with her today 18/10/13 the call cut. I then called back and was put through to REA whom I remember from speaking to a few months ago about 2 other different jobs and was not impressed with her abrupt tone with me. When I asked to speak to Kefiloe she was once again rude asking for what??? regarding what job??? do I have administration experience??? She advised she will look at my CV which will be the 3rd time again!!! and call me back which hasn't happened. I really don't like and appreciate this woman's attitude with me on the phone, I don't know her and neither does she know me. I am unemployed and I'm trying to get a job, I would expect a recruitment company to assist in a professional manner and really take the time to help me in this process. I will not refer anyone to register with your company because Rea did not even ask for me to come in and register from the very first time I spoke with her. If I don't qualify or fit a certain job tell me in a nice way.
