I went to Primi Piatti in Eastgate with my girlfriend. The restaurant was filthy, both the floor and the tables. When we showed the waiter which table we wanted he was rude and told us we had to sit elsewhere, even thugh we had been promised that table by the lady at the entrance.
We were so appalled by the state of the restaurant and by the rudeness of the staff that we left and took our business elsewhere. I will never go back to that restaurant, there are much nicer restaurants nearby which are clean and friendly. This branch is a disgrace to the Primi brand.
