Wrong Order and Delay

I am so upset with Romans pizza that i will not support the centurion branch.
I ordered pizza from the store i got thick base and not thin and i had to wait i was not told there would be a delay. I called in 30 min before i fetched my pizza why could they not tell me there will be a delay in the pizza.

I nor my family and friends will support the centurion store.
