As I entered I was very flustered about my car being damaged and felt very welcomed by Receptionist (Josephine) who indicated to me that there was coffee and tea being served on the far right. I helped myself to a cuppichino and went to sit in the waiting area. Alan noticed me being flustered and offered me the services of an air-conditioned office. I gained my composure and felt confident to speak to him on my appointment as scheduled. The service I received was brilliant. Thank you very much Alan!
