I would like to bring to your attention, my dissatisfaction with regards to the mediation process facilitated by the Short Term Insurance Ombudsman and the finalisation of my Insurance claim. It is clear by the actions of King Price that they are not properly equipped with the financial resources to honour their obligations to their clients, but this is matter that I am bringing to the FSB and FAIS bodies to address shortly. There are many clients out there that have entrusted King Price with the responsibility of insuring their personal possessions and property and to safe guard their families interests. After my shocking experience, I have serious doubts with not just with King Price but I am also more concerned that the body I entrusted to mediate this matter has stood by and watched my family and I get robbed for the 2nd time by King Price.
I feel I have I moral obligation to warn other potential clients of this fly by night insurance company. The Short term Insurance ombudsman means well but good intentions in this case can not safe guard the interests of the general public. King Price should not be allowed to collect a premium
