We have been forced as per Goverment legislation to provide a provident fund to all of our security guards and have done so through Absa. We pay over every month to Absa provident all monies owed, just to be threatened by our staff members that we are from them, as when they make an inquiry on the provident fund they are told by Absa that the fund does not exist??? We have letters confirming the registration of the fund with Absa since 1st July 2010. After complaining to Absa consultants and actuaries we were told that our fund does exist and that the staff should tell anyone who says our fund does not exist at Absa to contact our Admin Manager? The staff have become threatening as they dont believe us and some have resorted to serious threats where we have had to make reports to police for fear of safety of our office staff. This is unacceptable and want Absa to repond and rectify their records showing our registration, we have all the deposit slips proving payment? We are tired of trying to get a Reponce and are now trying to follow up with Maria Ramos, CEO of absa to investigate and resolve this...
