I had a ABSA loan or have according to ABSA. I lost my job and only found work after one year and seven months. ABSA gave me over to RL Daly attorneys even though I basically had nothing and still paid them what I could and we aggreed on a amount for a while until RL Daly. I have been working now for 8months again. About three weeks ago I asked FNB to help me settle the Loan through RL Daly and they did help me. I wanted to get a cell contract yesterday only to find that my name was still listed badly.
I contacted Absa today only to be passed around from one department to another to find out what is going on, only to be told my account was still not paid up and one of the people who I spoke to had a really bad attitude with me. This is really bad service and to find after three weeks that nothing was sorted out is absolutely pathetic and this from ABSA and also RL Daly.
Nor ABSA or RL Daly can tell me what is going on and when this is going to be finished, it has been three weeks already so it should be sorted out now.
