Where is my cover or money?

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy 3 dualtek cover on 3 January 2013 and the payment went off my credit card on 4 Jan. Delivery time was 3 to 4 weeks. It is 16 Feb 2013 and after sending 4 mails and making 2 telephone calls to their offices in Cape Town, I'm still waiting for a reply and no cover is in sight. I logged into my account now on Groupon and get the following message..."Deal not permitted, because payment has been refused." The money went off my account on 4 Jan already!!! Trust me this wont be the last time you hear from me, @ssholes. Groupon never again!
