Order has magically disappeared

I ordered a set of earings from Groupon as a Christmas gift. The ad for the earrings stated clearly ENSURING DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS. Hello, its 7 Jan and im still waiting. Ive received a few emails from Nirmal S saying he/she is looking into it. Ive requested a refund but now im getting no reply and getting very annoyed
