Not answering phones at all
I host my website, and email, with Winhost/Circle, but recently (twice in the last week) both have gone down for periods of more than an hour or 2, (which I could stand). So what would any customer do? Phone the provider to find out what's going on. So I did - and there was no answer to their ...
