I am so shocked! I bought Illegal Length mascara from Maybeline yesterday and its disgusting. Its dry, its flaky and an utter waste of my money. No wonder the name "illegal length"... it should be taken off the shelves completely!!! I want a refund, so disappointed with Maybeline ...
