Pathetic customer service from MTN

Firstly you cannot get hold of this store telephonically. 25 tries later from Saturday to Monday i failed. i dare anyone reading this to try. the number is 0838696670. they apparently don't have a land line. i called the 173 customer service number and even they failed. they gave another number 0116757667 and even that doesn't work. i have applied for a contract on Saturday midday. still waiting for approval yet it was approved within another for the exact same within 3 hours.the staff are a bunch of liars and they their way around everything. got there on Sunday and the consultant Tshepo was so consumed with the overwhelming walking traffic that he didn't even realize what an he made himself blurting useless excuses that dint even make sense. please make your staff understand that they do not do favors for clients but rather they offer a service. i would not recommend anyone to use this store. you will be dissapointed.
