Worst Client Service from Telkom Staff

Saturday 7th July 2013, I went to the Musgrave Store to make a enquiry on my New Data Contract.

I got to the store at 08:25am as the Telkom Website and Stickers on the store indicate it opens at 08:30am on a Saturday.

When arriving at the store 2 staff members were standing outside the closed store. I asked what time they open they said 09:00am. I informed them that the store hours and the Website indicates 08:30a. They just shrugged and giggled it off.

I then walked off and came back at 08:50am to the store. The Store was still closed and there were 3 Staff members sitting on a bench outside the store. Myself and 4 other Customers were waiting for the store to open. They all complained about the Operating hours that indicate 08:30am on a Saturday.

At 09:00am the 3 Staff members were still sitting on the benches. At 09:05 they all got up and walked off, away from the shop. All of them turned around looking at us waiting at the store. They were laughing and giggling while leaving.

I find this service extremely bad. Theses staff members clearly did not want to work or assist us. There is 1000s of unemployed people out there. Id really like a response to this.
