Liars!!!

We took out a contract last Saturday, and the number was supposed to be ported from MTN. Amina said this will happen on Monday. Its already Friday afternoon and nothing has happened. The MTN number doesn't work and neither does the Vodacom number. We keep getting excuses on what is going on but no one can tell us when it can be resolved. Had we known Vodacom was so useless we would have stayed with MTN. Really Appauling Service. This is still not resolved and we don't have a phone number to use!!! Ridiculous!!
