What a bunch of INCOMPETENT staff!

Took out a contract on Saturday (01 June 2013) at Vodacom - Tygersales and was promised that it will be activated within 24 to 48 hours. Well it is the 5th of June, and the phone still not active at 16h30! Serious training issues at the store and a very serious attitude problem at Head Office (Chantell). Spoke to Chantell at 11am today and she advised me that the store manager (Denise) would give me a call, it is 16h40, I'm still waiting on her call. Just shows what they think of their customers.

Anyway, got in touch with Kirsten at the Century City offices on 5th June and she followed up with the store and Chantell and got back to me saying - that I never advised the store that my number used to be on contract, when Mark (sales consultant) confirmed that he can only send the forms on Monday (3 Jun) for my number to be archived, so someone is lying - and as per the store it is the customer.. So Mark then knew that my number used to be on contract in order for it to be archived :-)

Chantell at Head Office definitely need to go on a customer skills course as she has no way of addressing clients. Hopefully this phone will work at 5pm as per Chantell.
