I NEED ANSWERS!!! BAD SERVICE!!!

I applied for a contract on Saturday past (22/06/2013) at canal walk (entrance 5 mtn - opposite house and home), i have yet to hear anything from mtn regarding the status of my application. monday (24/06/2013) i drove all the way from bellville to canal walk to find out what is happening, only to find that they were offline, as usual, and this particular store has no number - STUPID!!! the consultant gave me the number for the switchboard @ their head office in CPT and i called, Cheryl assisted me and called (weird for a store that has no number) the store and found out that the consultant that helped me was off today and that she (Cheryl) would pass my details to someone else to call me back and i am still waiting!! that was @ 9 this morning and it is now after 3... this service is PATHETIC but thats what i have come to expect from MTN!!

what kind of dam store has no number??? how is a client supposed to find out whats happening when there is no contact number and head office isn't even able to assist me either!!! GIVE ALL YOUR STORES PHONES!!! or unify your systems so that head office can see what the heck is going on!!!
