The Foschini One To One customer service is inefficient and inadequate, they claim to be service provider but they can't even provide the service the customer need. My phone was blocked on Saturday, the 15 September after 17:00, I called MTN 808 number for PUK number and I was told they can't give me the PUK number since the FOSCHINI ONE TO ONE is responsible for my account. I called their customer service and I was answered by an answering machine stating that trading hours is Monday - Sat from 9:00 to 5:00, there are not working on Sundays and public hoiliday.
I was inconvenienced and miserable since Saturday evening till now; i don't have a land line or alternative number, I couldn't make calls. This morning I called in for a PUK number and the consultant by the name of Claudia told me that they don't have a PUK number they still have to request it... and they'll give me a call after 2hours, I currently don't have a phone I'm calling from the public phone to get my PUK number. Their number is not a toll free service its payable. This is *pathetic and senseless*, what kind of a service is this.
