I upgraded my contract on Thursday at Eastgate. It is now Monday and the sim card still isn't activated. Jackie at Eastgate is useless, she does not return calls and "forgets" to do her work. Jackie sent me to the Sandton store on Sunday to fetch a new sim card and then failed to answer the phone once I got there - the staff at Sandton City then couldn't help me because Jackie had failed to contact them and explain what they needed to do (we tried to phone her but of course nobody at the Eastgate store answers the phone). Shaun (upgrades department) still hasn't returned any of my calls even though I've left FOUR messages for him (he was very quick to get me to renew my contract but disappears once I have agreed to upgrade)! On Sunday I phoned the Eastgate store 34 TIMES before someone picked up and was then put on hold by Andre for 12 minutes before I gave up. The manager at Eastgate is never in the store and seems to go to the bathroom 13 times a day. Tomorrow I will be cancelling my contract with you. I advise anyone reading this to NEVER use Autopage's pathetic services.
