Excessive billing continuing and No help

I need urgent help and the support I am receiving thus far is dismal. It is impossible to get to talk to anyone with anuthority and i have been holding for 45 mins on the 111 and for in excees of 20mins this am with no joy. I have logged the query 20 February as I was notified that there is exessive usage on my cell and to date I have had no help and in the meantime the account is adding up and I am continually getting messages that there is more usage on my phone. I have never had a bill of this amount in all my years as a vodacom customer and I would assume that as a loyal customer I would be receiving support on this issue. An email was sent to me however the information was useles and I immediately contacted 111 to ask for moore information. I was told that a specialist will call me-to date no one has assisted. I was told by the call centre that the person that needs to assist me in on leave! I need the following urgenly: -senior person to contact me today, -huge investigation into my account and why the high usage-i only use my phone for email so I have no idea what is going on. -Debit order to be stopped until we have concluded this matter -practive assistance to never experi
